N.S.F.L SATURDAY RESULTS (3-12-22)

Firebirds (3-0)- 22    Gunslingers (2-1)- 20

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma;  Isaiah Crowell rushed for 131 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries as the Atlanta Firebirds defeated the Oklahoma Gunslingers 22-20 Saturday afternoon. 

Nick Arbuckle completed 11 of 23 passes for 125 yards and a touchdown. Kaden Smith had 6 receptions for 89 yards. Maleek Iron caught two passes for 9 yards and a touchdown. Jonathan Song converted on 3 of 3 Field goals with a long of 41 yards .

Foyesade Oluokun had 6 tackles, a stuff, a forced fumble and an interception (46 yards). Jalen Mills 6 tackles. Nate Hurst 3 tackles, a deflection and an interception (35 yards). Monshadrik Hunter 3 tackles, a deflection and a interception as Atlanta moves to 3-0 on the year.

Aaron Murray threw for 191 yards and a touchdown with 3 interceptions on 28 of 17 passing. John White IV ran 21 times for 100 yards and a touchdown, plus a touchdown reception. Naamon Roosevelt 5 receptions for 48 yards. Robert Tonyan 4 catches for 35 yards. Justin Medlock mad 2 of 2 field goals with a long of 24 yards. 

Charles Geathers had 8 tackles and a forced fumble. Ben Heeney 7 tackles and a stuff. Evan Weaver 6 tackles and CeCe Jefferson 6 tackles and 3 stuffs. Trevon McSwain 5 tackles, a sack, a deflection and 2 stuffs for the Gunslingers who slip to 2-1 on the season. 

Silverbacks (3-0)- 33     Nighthawks (1-2)- 27

Omaha, Nebraska:  Gunner Kiel threw for a touchdown and Elijah McGuire ran for a score as the St.Louis Silverbacks (3-0) defeated the Omaha Nighthawks (1-2) 33-27 before a capacity crowd at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha. 

Gunner Kiel completed 14 of 39 passes for 158 yards and a touchdown with 3 interceptions. Elijah McGuire ran 23 times for 69 yards and a touchdown. Josh Reynolds had 5 catches for 65 yards. Shane Zylstra had 4 receptions for 40 yards and a touchdown. Janarion Grant had 156 yards on 7 kick returns. Trevor Moore went 2-2 on field goals with a long of 47 yards. 

Brandon Boykin recorded 10 tackles, a forced fumble and a 34 yard fumble recovery for a touchdown. Tunde Adele 9 tackles and a forced fumble. Dorance Armstrong 6 tackles, a sack, 2 stuffs and a hurry. Charles Omenihu 5 tackles, 2 sacks, a stuff and a forced fumble. Tim Williams 5 tackles, a forced fumble and a 48 yard fumble recovery for a touchdown for St.Louis. 

Matt Nichols completed 27 of 41 passes for 291 yards and 2 touchdowns.  Madre London rushed for 72 yards on 14 carries, plus a touchdown reception (3 yards).Wayne Gallman ran 9 times for 40 yards. Greg Ellington had 8 receptions for 121 yards and a touchdown. Mychel Rivera 7 catches for 78 yards and Hunter Renfrew 5 receptions for 44 yards. Ray Ray McCloud returned 6 kicks for a total of 118 yards. Enrique Yenny went 2-2 on field goal attempts with a long of 43 yards. 

Mason Foster recorded 7 tackles, 2 stuffs and a interception. Eli Apple 7 tackles and a stuff. Xavier Woods 5 tackles, a deflection and a interception (28 yards). Holton Hill 4 tackles and a interception for the Nighthawks in the loss. 

Crusaders (2-1)- 37     Venom (1-2)- 27

Chicago, IL:  McLeod Bethel Thompson threw for 333 yards and 4 touchdowns on 23 of 40 passing in leading the Chicago Crusaders to a 37-27 victory over the Mississippi Venom. 

James Robinson ran 17 times for 61 yards and caught 6 passes for 70 yards and 2 touchdowns. Kyran Moore had 4 receptions for 71 yards. Ellis Richardson had 4 receptions for 72 yards and 2 touchdowns. De'Mornay Pierson EL 4 catches for 81 yards. Rodrigo Blankenship converted on 3 of 3 Field goals for 44 yards. 

Dannell Ellerbe recorded 9 tackles, a sack, a stuff and 2 hurries. Simoni Lawrence 5 tackles and 2 deflections. Will Geary 4 tackles, 1 sack, 1 deflection and a stuff. De'Jon Harris 3 tackles and a sack for the Crusaders. 

Chad Kelly completed 21 of 39 passes for 283 yards and 2 touchdowns. James Connor rushed for 113 yards and caught 4 passes for 44 yards and a touchdown. Aaron Ripkowski ran 5 times for 12 yards and a score. Brandon Banks had 4 catches for 44 yards and a touchdown. Davaris Daniels had 4 receptions for 40 yards and a touchdown. Kenny Allen went 2-2 on field goal attempts with a long of 33 yards. 

Winston Rose had 7 tackles and a deflection. Deon Bush 5 tackles and a sack. Marcel Spears 5 tackles and 3 stuffs. Eddie Vanderdoes 4 tackles and a sack for Mississippi (1-2).

Stags (2-1)- 27     Explorers (0-3)- 13

Columbus, Ohio:  Trevor Harris threw for 288 yards and 3 touchdowns and ran for 6 yards and 6 carries and a touchdown as the Michigan Stags (2-1) defeated the Columbus Explorers (0-3) 27-13.

 Naamon Roosevelt had 7 receptions for 86 yards and a touchdown. Antonio Callaway caught 6 passes for 117 yards and 2 touchdowns. 

JC Jackson had 7 tackles, a forced fumble and an interception (23 yards). Chase Winovich 7 tackles, 2 stuffs and a hurry. Mic'heal Brown 4 tackles, a sack and two stuffs for Michigan. 

Explorers quarterback Vernon Adams threw for 285 yards and 2 touchdowns with 1 interception. Jeremy Langford ran 26 times for 38 yards . Trevaun Smith had 5 receptions for 117 yards and a touchdown. Kenneth Dixon 3 catches for 9 yards and a touchdown. 

Ethan Westbrook 7 tackles, a stuff and a hurry. Kenneth Ackerman 6 tackles and a deflection for the Explorers defensive effort in the loss.
