N.S.F.L WEEK 16 SATURDAY RESULTS

Week 16 Saturday Results 

Generals ( 10-5 )- 24    Storm ( 8-7 )- 10

Raleigh, NC-  Cardale Jones threw for 357 yards and 2 touchdowns on 28 of 34 passing to lead the Washington Generals to a 24-10 victory over the Carolina Storm and clinching the Continental Conference Eastern Division title at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh Saturday. 

Devontae Booker rushed for 29 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. Joe Hills 7 receptions for 141 yards and a touchdown. Graham Adomatis 6 catches for 77 yards and a touchdown. Tim Wright 7 receptions for 64 yards. Lewis Ward booted a 52 yard field goal in the win.

Brian Poole had 7 tackles, a interception and a forced fumble. Mitchell White 7 tackles and a forced fumble and Fabion Foote 3 tackles and a sack.

Storm quarterback Brandon Bridge completed 12 of 17 passes for 152 yards and a interception, while rushing for 42 yards and a touchdown on 9 carries. 

William Powell ran 18 times for 91 yards and had 2 receptions for 27 yards. Vince Mayle 4 receptions for 60 yards and Keyarris Garrett 3 catches for 35 yards. 

Troy Reeder 11 tackles and a forced fumble. Will Parks 8 tackles and Rashad Fenton 8 tackles for the Storm defense .

Beasts ( 7-8 )- 16    Venom ( 5-10 )- 13

Birmingham, Alabama-  Nick Marshall recorded 6 tackles and 2 interceptions, one a 56 yard return for a touchdown as the Birmingham Beast improved to (7-8 ) with a 16-13 victory over the Mississippi Venom at Legion Field Saturday. 

Tyree Jackson completed 11 of 25 passes for 88 yards and ran 6 times for 5 yards. 

Nyheim Hines ran 15 times for 26 yards and had 5 receptions for 20 yards. Bralon Addison caught 2 passes for 37 yards and Foster Moreau 2 catches for 18 yards. 

John Simon had 6 tackles and a sack for the Beasts defense. 

Chad Kelly completed 23 of 42 passes for 239 yards and a touchdown with 2 interceptions for Mississippi. 

James Connor rushed for 93 yards on 13 carries. Aaron Ripkowski 7 carries for 27 yards, he caught 4 passes for 23 yards. Davaris Daniels 6 receptions for 74 yards and a touchdown. Brandon Banks 4 catches for 36 yards. Derrick Griffin 4 receptions for 53 yards. 

Darius Philon 5 tackles and 2 forced fumbles. Nicholas Morrow 9 tackles in the loss for Mississippi. 

Nighthawks ( 7-8 )- 21   Hound Dogs ( 6-9 )- 10

Memphis, Tn-  Madre London rushed for 79 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries,  in leading the Omaha Nighthawks to a 21-10 victory over the Memphis Hound Dogs at the Liberty Bowl in Memphis Saturday evening. 

Matt Nichols completed 13 of 22 passes for 170 yards and a touchdown, and rushed for 5 yards on 3 carries for Omaha. 

Bronson Rechstiener ran 5 times for 30 yards.  Mychel Rivera 4 receptions for 48 yards and a touchdown. Greg Ellington 2 catches for 68 yards and Hunter Renfrew 2 receptions for 29 yards . Ray Ray McCloud had a 71 yard punt return for a touchdown. 

Xavier Woods 9 tackles and a interception. Frank Beltran 5 tackles and a sack. Mason Foster 4 tackles and a interception in the win.

Alek Torgersen completed 14 of 32 passes for 133 yards and a touchdown with 3 interceptions. He ran 12 times for 42 yards for Memphis 

Travis Homer rushed for 29 yards on 3 carries and Chris Carson 11 carries for 14 yards, and 2 receptions for 10 yards.  Golden Tate 4 receptions for 42 yards and a touchdown. Harrison Bryant 4 receptions for 38 yards and Dyami Brown 2 catches for 29 yards. Lirim Hajrullahu kicked a 56 yard field goal 

Jimmy Bean 8 tackles, a sack and a forced fumble. Jonathan Bullard 5 tackles and a sack. Maurice Hurst 5 tackles and a sack. 

Stars ( 8-7 )- 20    Riders ( 11-4 )- 19

Carson, Ca-  Jason Sanders kicked the game winning 40 yard field goal with 2:19 remaining as the Los Angeles Stars ( 8-7 ) stayed in the thick of the play off race with a 20-19 victory over the San Antonio Riders.

Chase Fourcade completed only 7 of 19 passes for 69 yards for the Stars. 

Todd Gurly ran 13 times for 57 yards and a touchdown, and had 2 receptions for 15 yards. Alex Collins ran 9 times for 10 yards and a 5 yard reception. Ricky Seals Jones had 3 catches for 43 yards.  Jason Sanders was 2 for 2 on field goal attempts with a long of 40 yards .

Kenny Vaccaro 13 tackles and a forced fumble. Will Compton 9 tackles and a interception and Ben Benwikere 9 tackles and a interception for the Stars. Ha'Sean Clinton Dix had a 48 yard interception return for a touchdown. 

Cooper Rush completed 28 of 43 passes for 382 yards and 4 interceptions for San Antonio.

William Stanback ran 11 times for 32 yards and a touchdown,  and had 6 receptions for 56 yards. Mark Andrews 10 receptions for 191 yards. Kamar Jordan 7 catches for 70 yards and Brice Butler 3 catches for 31 yards. Harrison Butker converted on 4 of 5 field goals with a long of 54 yards  

Matthieu Betts recorded 9 tackles to lead the San Antonio defense.
